An Intensive Treatment Program for Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are amongst the most concerning of mental health disorders with a mortality rate of 5-10%. Getting treatment early is critical to increase the likelihood of recovery. We have found that many clients do not seek eating disorder treatment and the ones that do, are unsuccessful. Many clients do not want to commit to an in-patient treatment center due to the fear of leaving their home, stigma, and other personal reasons. Many clients have tried seeing a therapist and saw only minor improvement as therapy alone is not enough to provide long-lasting positive results. Some clients have seen recovery coaches and have seen minor benefits.
Our experience has shown us that successfully treating and eating disorder requires a comprehensive team approach. If you are medically stable and do not require an in-patient treatment center, our intensive out-patient program may be just for you. Eating Disorder Treatment Recovery Coaching
The main goals of our recovery coaching are
- Helping you learn how to cope with your behaviors and emotions
- Helping you overcome your eating disorders
- Helping you develop a positive body image
- Setting goals and supporting you to achieve them
- Exploring your favorite meals and foods you fear, together
Our recovery coaching addresses the eating disorders’ symptoms and helps to overcome them. Each session is centered on your goals and recovery and collaborated with your eating disorder treatment team.
Holistic Health Coaching
Our Holistic Health Coaching targets all aspects of lifestyle i.e. physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and dietary aspects. It is an approach to diet and lifestyle modification to improve your health status and work on your nutritional requirements, fitness needs, and spirituality. If you find yourself counting calories, restricting your diet, and suppressing emotions, the holistic health coach can help. We develop strategies for your eating disorder treatment that give you peace of mind and recovery from food-related concerns.

Family Therapy
We provide the following types of family therapy
- Family systems therapy : Our coach help families utilize their strong bonds to overcome an illness.
- Functional family therapy : Our coach, along with the family members, look for solutions while building a trustful relationship.
- Narrative family therapy : The family members are asked to narrate their own stories that contributed to shaping who they are and how they link them with each other.
- Supportive family therapy : In such therapy, our coach helps to develop a safe environment for all the family members in which they can express themselves freely and get support.
- Psycho-education : The family members are provided knowledge about conditions, diseases, treatment, and self-help techniques so that the family along with the patient work as a system.
Psychotherapy

Exposure Therapy
In our exposure therapy, the patients are exposed to what triggers their fear or anxiety to help them confront it. We provide all kinds of exposure therapy; in-vivo exposure (facing your fear in real life), imaginal exposure (imagining your fear vividly), virtual reality exposure (exposed to fears through simulators), and interoceptive exposure (exposed to fear through physical sensation) to help you overcome your fears regarding food and your body. We also focus on developing a safe relationship between our patients and food.
